As an evolving designer and creator, I have always been curious about the aspects of design that inform a person’s experience. I believe that empathy and interactivity are key aspects when it comes to problem solving. And problem solving is key to understanding challenges that may arise.

My passion for ethnographic research has been a huge part of my creative journey and I aim to immerse myself into the environment and culture of stakeholders and users, in order to design experiences that not only last a moment, but a lifetime.

Working as a service designer for the past 5 years, I explored several markets and industries, and brought services to life, through ground research, creative and collaborative processes and stakeholder management.

And I will continue to do so.
